Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel their reservation at least 5 days before their check-in date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date, the guest will not receive a refund.

If a guest decides to check out early, they are still responsible for the full reservation cost.

Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as a natural disaster or serious illness. In such cases, we will work with the guest to provide a refund or credit towards a future stay.

Please note that any refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

Bookings for stays longer than 30 days are nonrefundable. 

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may result in cancellations.
